Its Nexo Gest\u00e3o Integrada solution followed, and is now in its sixth version.<\/p>\n<p>Nexo CS Inform\u00e1tica has customers throughout Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and Peru, and focuses on meeting its customers\u2019 expectations and keeping them satisfied by offering the most advanced technological tools available.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Integration Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><a>Nexo Gest\u00e3o <\/a>Integrada version 6.1\u00a0integrates with <a>Oracle\u2019s PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.2 to enable the management of information in occupational health and safety-at-work enterprises<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose is to include and update information on PeopleSoft Human Capital Management applications and ensure the accessibility and accuracy of that information in Nexo Gest\u00e3o Integrada, without any duplication of data entry. Each item of information will be handled by a single application through PeopleSoft Human Capital Management to Nexo Gest\u00e3o Integrada.<\/p>\n<p>The system allows information management of medical services and safety-at-work areas of companies. The health management includes modules such as occupational health control program, audiometry, absenteeism, ambulatory, and spirometry.<\/p>\n<p>The safety-at-work management includes modules such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Program for the prevention of environmental risks\u2014risk control<\/li>\n<li>Personal protective equipment (PPE)<\/li>\n<li>Collective protection equipment (CPE)<\/li>\n<li>Safety training<\/li>\n<li>Occurrences (accidents\/incidents)<\/li>\n<li>Preliminary risk assessment (PRA)<\/li>\n<li>Occupational hygiene<\/li>\n<li>Various statistics and charts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Integration Details<\/p>\n<p>The data will be provided for the following items<a>\u00a0<\/a>of the integration below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company, establishments, departments, jobs, and positions<\/li>\n<li>Employee assignments, personal data, and contract data<\/li>\n<li>History data of position, establishments, departments, and jobs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nexo Gest\u00e3o Integrada provides a web service (Nexo Integra\u00e7\u00e3o module) that receives data from PeopleSoft Human Capital Management via Oracle\u2019s PeopleSoft Integration Broker and integrates the data with the business rules of Nexo Gest\u00e3o Integrada.<\/p>\n<p>Information to be integrated with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management will be used for the following processes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizational structure that fulfills the needs of users for mapping risks and recommendation of medical exams, among other tasks<\/li>\n<li>Registration of employees, providing updated information for the registration and control of medical care and occupational care<\/li>\n<li>Transfers among position\/location\/departments\/job or promotions the automatic association of risk as defined in the organizational structure<\/li>\n<li>Automatic programming of medical exams as definition of user (date of admission, date of birth, or last exam)<\/li>\n<li>Automatic generation of the history of legal reports that have been issued<\/li>\n<li>Automatic transfer of records currently in the admission process (applicants, employees)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Environment<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Nexo CS Inform\u00e1tica Environment<br \/>\nNexo Gest\u00e3o Integrada Version 6.1<br \/>\nOracle Database 11<em>g<br \/>\n<\/em>Oracle Environment<br \/>\nOracle\u2019s PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.2<br \/>\nOracle Database 11<em>g<br \/>\n<\/em>Oracle WebLogic Server 12<em>c<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Copyright \u00a9 2015, Oracle and\/or its affiliates.
